Evolutionary Climate Change Biology

Our lab is recruiting graduate students to start in Fall 2024 to work on climate change responses in mammals. If you are interested, please fill out this form.

Welcome to our lab’s website!

Ongoing rapid environmental transformation exposes organisms to novel stressors which can, in the absence of adaptation, contribute to population declines and extinction. Our research at Ohio University seeks to understand these dynamics and predict their effects on wild populations. Ultimately, our goal is to better guide conservation and management of wild vertebrate populations and species threatened by climate change.
